Instill boiling water into teapot and cups to warm them up. Put the teapot lid on. After the teapot gets warmed up, throw away the water. Insert the amount of tea leaves as follows: (1 spoonful of tea leaves) x (number of people served) + (1 extra spoon of tea leaves).
Speedily instill hot water into the teapot. The amount of water instilled is as follows: (1 cup of water) x (number of people served).
After the instilling of hot water, immediately put the lid on and cover it with tea cozy.
After leaving it steaming for a while, shake the teapot lightly as if trying to even up the concentration; then, use tea strainer to filter the content.
Put milk into the creamer after it reaches room temperature. If you’re using cold milk, heat the creamer in advance to warm up the milk.
Throw away the hot water in teapot prepared beforehand and add the amount of tealeaves of: (one spoonful of tea leaves) x (number of people served) + one extra spoon of tealeaves. (Try to put in slightly more tealeaves than you did in making straight tea.)
With the case of making tea straight, speedily instill hot water into teapot and leave it steaming for a while.
SHOULD YOU PUT IN MILK FIRST OR AFTER?
Actually, it doesn’t matter when you put it in. However, remember not to use milk with high fat content ‘cause it will not go well with the black tea.
IF YOU WANT TO PUT MILK IN AFTER
Instill black tea into the cup while using tea strainer, then, put in as much milk as desired.
IF YOU PUT IN MILK FIRST
After putting in the amount of milk you desire, instill black tea with tea strainer.
Warm up a teapot in advance. Insert the amount of tealeaves as follows: (1 spoonful of tea leaves) x (number of people served) + 1 extra spoon of tealeaves. Speedily pour in the hot water and leave it steaming for a while.
If you want to add a touch of sweetness, insert a portion of granular sugar to another teapot. Once you add sugar in it, the result ice tea won’t become opaque but will turn crystal clear.
Use another teapot and pour in the content using tea strainer. If you don’t want any sugar added, you can still lower the temperature of the drink by removing it into another teapot.
Pour the finished black tea into the cup with ice inside; stir and mix it up with teaspoon speedily.

After the warming-up, throw away the water and instill more hot water. Put the tea bag gently inside the cup, around the brim area.
Put a saucer on the top of the cup as a lid and make it steam for 10 minutes.
