Sushi RollSushi Roll

For sushi rice preparation, please see "Sushi Rice".

1. Put a nori sheet on top of a bamboo mat (makisu).

2. Spread the sushi rice on top of the nori sheet.

3. Place the ingredients lengthwise on the rice.

4. Roll up the bamboo mat, pressing forward to shape the sushi into a cylinder.

5. Press the bamboo mat firmly and remove it from the sushi.

6. Cut the rolled sushi into bite-sized pieces (usually 8 pieces).

You could enjoy "Sushi Roll" using "Sushi Rice".
